Unfortunately, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If your product arrives damaged and cannot be used for its intended purpose, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it, and we will gladly replace or refund it at our expense.
**Please be advised that the remedy to all requests for refund is at our discretion, we will review each sale separately using our best judgment and optimal customer service in mind**
Your butter should be stored at room temperature. If the butter warms up, the product will need space to spread. This causes your container to leak. The butter will reform once it gets back to a cooler temperature, but may look a little different. Don't worry, you can still use it the same as you normally would.
